At this time, we do not! However, if you are in the Houston and surrounding areas, please keep an eye on our Facebook group/ Instagram for in person events and "pop ups"

I PURCHASED AN ITEM THAT WAS ON SALE, OR I USED A DISCOUNT CODE. CAN I RETURN IT?

All sale items, or items purchased using a discount code of 15% or greater are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned. Please see the Return Policy for full details.

 

AN ITEM I RECENTLY PURCHASED JUST WENT ON SALE, CAN I BE REIMBURSED FOR THE DIFFERENCE?

Sales and markdowns can happen at any time, with or without notice, and are not subject to reimbursement on any orders.

 

WILL MY ORDER BE TAXED?

We only charge sales taxes if you reside within the state of Texas. Texas ales tax which is 8.25%. If you do NOT live in Texas and you for any reason are charged sales tax please contact us immediately at clientservices@whocherrylou.com .

 

HOW DO I USE MY COUPON CODE?

When entering in your payment information, you can enter in the discount code. Simply enter it in that box and the amount will be deducted.

 

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED, OR PARTIALLY CANCELED?

Who Cherry Lou reserves the right to cancel or partially cancel any order and refund, for any reason at any time. Cancellation reasons may be due too, but not limited to, item unavailability, incorrect pricing, or any indication of fraud.
