As long as items have not been worn, washed, cut, or altered, we will issue a refund for the amount paid (minus shipping and handling) within 7 days of when the order was shipped. After 7 days, returns will not be authorized.
NOTE: All international orders are final sale and are NOT eligible for return.
The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Items marked FINAL SALE
- Worn items
- Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.
- Shipping fees

Steps to process an exchange:
- Clearly write your request to return your items for EXCHANGE on your packing slip and include it in your package.
- Clearly Mark (highlight/
underline/circle) the items that you are looking to exchange and what you would like us to do.
- Ship your items back using the shipping method of your choice (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, ETC.). We DO NOT provide prepaid shipping labels.
- Once shipped, email your exchange tracking number and your original order number to email@example.com .
- Once received, the exchange will be processed within 10-14 business days. If the exchanges department has questions, they will reach out to you by phone or email.
